If you are interested in starting a preschool based on the Montessori teaching concept called Little CAPS, there are two prerequisites that must be met..

Space Requirement

Minimum area of 1500-2500 sq.ft. in a residential location with high population. An independent villa preferably with a small compound for a play area or any other place on ground or first floor.

Government Permission

Not required for running preschool upto UKG, hence not applicable. But however, local government permission to run business will be applicable as per location.

Note: Above cost includes Franchise fee of Little CAPS for 3 years and training fees along with full set up material (Furniture, play equipments, all teaching aid materials, marketing material, office material).

Location Identification and Finalization
  • Pre Agreement – Once you zero down on a property, please send us the pictures and property layout details for internal feasibility check and decision.
  • Post Agreement – Once the property is finalized and approved, the agreement is signed by paying the instalment to Little CAPS Preschool. We shall support on the entire start up process like CCTV set up, outdoor areas, school colourful painting. We shall give you designs for “Opening Soon” banner.
  • Recruitment of Headmistress/Coordinator – Generally we suggest that the owner or immediate family member takes up this role for better administration and to optimize initial cost.
  • Assistance in recruiting teachers – Teachers will need to be recruited by the franchise, we shall assist you in interviewing them if necessary. You can also put an ad in the local English newspaper and social media for the same. The required ad will be designed by our team (no additional charges for designing the ad). Formats for offer letter/appointment letter can be provided.
  • On-site Training – Once the agreement is done, the coordinator is finalised and teaching staff is in place, we will do a 1 day training at the Franchise location. There is no separate training fee, however the franchises have to make arrangements for travel and stay of the Trainer. The training can also be conducted on online mode through Zoom call or Microsoft Teams if Franchise wants to save cost. Failing to attend this training the franchise will not able to start operations.

PAN India level marketing is done by the Head office. Local level marketing has to be done by the Franchise along with nominal costs that will be incurred.At the time of training, our Trainer will train you on:-
  • Several ways to market your preschool. These will be cost effective measures to market your preschool within 2-3 km radius.
  • All designs for marketing be it banners, pamphlets, artwork, audio visual clips will be provided to you for marketing.
Our entire curriculum and syllabus is designed by academic experts with more than 5 years’ experience in Education field.
  • Our entire curriculum is uniform across the country with same lesson plans, calendar, celebrations and assessments so in case of any parents who have frequent transfers due to their job, the child can easily adjust in any state or national board school.
  • Curriculum is activity and concept based following the play-way method with the use of Montessori toys (for holistic development of the child).
Note: All the planning and updates regarding the curriculum along with customized book sets will be provided from head office.
